FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Who can participate?
A: Entries are open worldwide for both amateur, professional smartphone photographers, and digital artists.
Q: How can I participate?
A: By creating your member account Id and online profile after registering yourself here. You would need to select your category plan . Once your entry fee is paid, you will be eligible to upload the images. For entry confirmation, you will receive an email from our side on your registered mail Id in our records.
Q: I am not receiving any emails.
A: Check your Junk or Spam folder and still having trouble simply contact us here.
Q: I can’t log in to my account.
A: If you don’t remember your password you can reset it by clicking on forgot password and you will be sent an email with a password reset link on your registered mail I’d.
Even after following the password reset option, still having trouble with the login then you may contact us here.
Q: What mode of payment I can use?
A: You can pay by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Digital Wallets and Net Banking.
Note: Eye Win Awards does not store any Credit Card information on the website. All the payments are done directly through the payment gateway and not on Eye Win Awards.
Q: Who do you consider an amateur and professional photographer?
A: We consider amateurs who don’t make their primary income from photography. Professional photographers are those who earn at least half of their income through photography.
Q: Which Photos are eligible?
A: All photos taken with a camera of any format or mobile phone are eligible. The photos can also be digitally enhanced to some extent for professional, amateur and mobile categories. Although, for digital artist categories there is no limit for digital manipulation. The use of the mobile phone camera is permissible and add-on lenses can also be used. In a few cases, we may ask original image to verify that it is being taken with a phone. If the photo cannot be verified, it will be disqualified.
Q: My photo have already won awards in another competition, is it still eligible?
A: Yes, Images that have already won awards or have been submitted in other competitions that are in progress are eligible.
Q: How do I send my Photos?
A: Once you log in, you will have an option to select your payment plan and upload images option. You can also access your account and view your entries later on.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of entries I can submit?
A: No, there is no limit. You can upload the number of Photos as you want as per your plan is chosen.
Q: Are there any restrictions on when a photo was taken?
A: No, There is no time-based restrictions on the images.
Q: Do you accept the images through post or any other mode?
A: No, We accept the digital submission via our website only.
Q: If later on, I decide not to participate, can I get my money back?
A: No, Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Q: What if I am still having problems in submitting my form?
A: Try it again by after reading the instructions on how to enter. Check if mandatory fields are filled before submitting. If you are still not able to resolve the problem, you can send us an inquiry here.
Q: How will I know if I have won?
A: Eye Win Awards will contact the winners through email at their registered email addresses in our records. All the winners and winning entries will also be announced on the Eye Win Awards website as per eye win awards calendar.
